Delivery Policy

We will ship your order within 1 working day of it being made, and we will e-mail you to let you know it’s on the way.

For deliveries to the UK we offer the following shipping options

• Royal Mail 1^st Class (Standard) up to 2kg                                     £4.99
• Royal Mail 2^nd Class (Standard) up to 2kg                                    £3.90
• Royal Mail 1^st Class (Standard) over 2kg                                      £7.20
• Royal Mail 2^nd Class (Standard) over 2kg                                     £6.30
• Royal Mail Large Letter 2^nd Class Under 100g                              £1.60
• Royal Mail Large Letter 2^nd Class Over 100g                                £2.00
• Free delivery 1^st Class (signed for) for all orders of £80 or more   FREE
• Free Click and Collect at our Bushey shop.

For deliveries to Europe and the rest of the World, prices will vary depending on package weight and size, anywhere from £10 to £35 or equivalent in your local currency.

If you are ordering for delivery outside the UK then there may be additional fees or customs charges which you may have to pay.

From 1 July 2021 orders over €150 from the EU will attract VAT charged by the carrier on delivery.
