Delivery Policy

Due to industrial action impacting Royal Mail & Parcelforce services throughout December, delivery of your order may take longer than usual.

We will ship your order within 1 working day of it being made, and we will e-mail you to let you know it’s on the way.

For deliveries to the UK we offer the following shipping options

• Royal Mail 1^st Class (Standard) up to 2kg                                     £4.95
• Royal Mail 2^nd Class (Standard) up to 2kg                                    £3.35
• Royal Mail 1^st Class (Standard) over 2kg                                      £6.95
• Royal Mail 2^nd Class (Standard) over 2kg                                     £5.35
• Free delivery 1^st Class (signed for) for all orders of £80 or more   FREE
• Free Click and Collect at our Bushey shop.

For deliveries to Europe we offer the following shipping options

• Up to 750g £10.00
• Over 750g  £15.00

For deliveries to Rest of World we offer the following shipping options

• Up to 750g  £12.00
• Over 750g   £20.00

If you are ordering for delivery outside the UK then there may be additional fees or customs charges which you may have to pay.

From 1 July 2021 orders over €150 from the EU will attract VAT charged by the carrier on delivery.
